Having graduated from Gujarat University with a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Economics degree in 1984, Mr. Patel left his homeland of India for America and began working as Manager of a high-volume, fast-paced Dunkin' Donuts store. Within two years, hehad expanded by developing two additional locations, while managing all three 24-hour enterprises single- handedly. Following this remarkable success at turning around three faltering enterprises in a two year period, Mr. Patel shifted into high-gear by acquiring and launching his own establishments. At the core of this thriving expansion was his unwavering skill at assessing opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, selecting location sites, marketing, advertising, and maintaining rock-solid customer service
standards.
